d&b audiotechnik has confirmed that it will not be attending the Prolight+Sound 2020 show on its revised date in response to the Covid-19 Coronavirus outbreak.
Speaking to Inavate, d&b confirmed that: "After taking into consideration the logistics of the new date, including the quality of experience that d&b could deliver to Partners and Customers, we have decided not to participate in this year’s trade show.
"We apologise for any disappointment caused and hope everyone will understand why we made this decision. We will reassess our participation in the event for next year, as we continue to regard these trade shows as an important pro audio industry gathering."
The pull out is the latest in a string of cancellations, after
Yamaha and Nexo both confirmed that they will not be attending the show on its revised dates.
