Cyviz to launch unified software platform
Cyviz has announced the launch of its enhanced software platform, as the company transitions towards a platform-led company.

The Cyviz software platform is designed to help organisations monitor, manage, and optimise complex AV and IoT environments through a single, unified software layer.

The platform aims to unify monitor and manage across technologies, vendors, and locations by providing real-time insight, proactive alerting, and centralised control which enables organisations to move from reactive incident handling to more predictable operations.

This new platform provides a single operational view across AV and IoT environments, helping organisations to reduce operational risk, improve reliability, and operate more predictably in mission-critical environments.

The scalable software foundation offers standardised delivery, remote operations, and lifecycle services. Designed for multi-vendor and multi-tenant environments, partners can move from project-based deliver to repeatable, long-term service models.

The launch represents a key pillar in Civiz’s long term strategy to complement its project-based business with software driven services and recurring revenue models.

Espen Gylvik, CEO, Cyviz, commented: “Many organisations are not struggling with individual systems, but with the lack of a unified operational view. Our platform is designed to give customers greater control, confidence, and predictability in environments where reliability is critical.

The platform will be launched on 16th April 2026 through global digital events and will be available to customers and partners across Cyviz’s key markets and industrial verticals.

“We built this platform to solve real operational challenges for customers, while at the same time enabling our partners to scale services in a more predictable and repeatable way,” says Gylvik. “Combining these two is essential in complex, mission-critical environments.”
