International systems integration group AVI-SPL has introduced a global accounts management program. It has been created so that one global account manager can be a single point of contact for a customer, and can lead a dedicated team to meet agreed upon objectives.
AVI-SPL’s global accounts management program will deliver both strategic and tactical benefits, ensuring the latest technology and industry best practices are adopted.
This includes developing global implementation plans to deliver clear return for stakeholders over the short and longer term to maintain the best possible business outcomes.
"We look for partners who are concerned about providing global solutions, not just local sales, and AVI-SPL does just that," said Chris Duncan, director of communications resources at The Dow Chemical Company. "[It] allowed us to take a holistic approach to our global AV/Video needs while providing a long term, strategic approach to addressing our needs."
Since late last year, AVI-SPL has expanded its operational points with the acquisition of U.S.-based integrator Anderson AV, partnered with Australian firm Connected Vision Group, and the opened an office in Germany.
Participants will be invited to join AVI-SPL’s customer advisory board, co-hosted by Crestron. The program, which will include a tenured term and regular meetings, offers customers an opportunity to network with industry peers, deliberate common workplace transformation topics, and discuss technology innovations for current and future needs.
"As digital workplace transformation continues to drive the demand for standardized collaboration solutions, customers are looking for a global partner with proven practices to provide a consistent user experience throughout their worldwide enterprise," said Dale Bottcher, senior vice president for AVI-SPL.
