Atlona, part of Panduit, has appointed EET Europarts as its new proAV distributior throughout Finland. The appointment expands EET Europarts’ Atlona distribution role to a broader Northern European territory that encompasses Norway and the Baltics region, including Latvia, Estonia, and Lithuania.
EET Europarts Finland represents a portfolio of brands in proAV, digital signage, home entertainment electronics, video surveillance, and IT computers and printing supplies. EET Europarts’ focus on localisation, which includes 26 sales offices in Europe, positions the company for success in an increasingly competitive AV landscape.
“We have strengthened our partnership with Atlona at a time when we’re seeing strong and rising demand for complete, professional AV over IP systems from our resellers, dealers and integrators, as well as the need for signal distribution solutions to support unified communications with soft conferencing platforms like Microsoft Teams, WebEx and Zoom Rooms,” said Miikka Kallasmaa, Sales Manager for EET Europarts Finland. “We all recognize that AV and IT are no longer separate businesses, and we see tremendous opportunity to help our customers and their end users bring these elements together into complete systems.”
EET Europarts Finland adds value through the technical sales expertise and product training it offers to its resellers, which provide on-site sales and integration services for commercial, educational, and residential customers. Kallasmaa credits their annual sales increases and rapid expansion in large part due to growing regional demand for AV over IP technology.
EET Europarts Finland will represent Atlona’s full product portfolio, including the OmniStream AV over IP family, which offers a full range of video, audio and USB solutions to manage signal routing and distribution within the network infrastructure.
“EET Europarts has proven a valuable partner to Atlona, and we are confident that their strong presence and visibility in Finland will bring the Atlona brand to entirely new set of customers,” said Thorsten Goecke, Atlona’s director of sales for the EMEA region. “We value their unique technical expertise and impressive reseller network, and look forward to a strong and rewarding collaborative relationship."
