Qatar court gets DIS conference system

The Civil and Commercial Court in the Qatar Financial Center (QFC) in Doha has employed a Danish Interpretation Systems (DIS) conference system. DIS delivered ten DC 6190P conference units, two IS 6132P interpretation desks and an SW 6000 software package.

MicroTiles steal the show in Madrid

El Cículo, a television show on Madrid’s public TV channel in Spain has employed a MicroTiles videowall comprising 24 tiles mounted in a six by four format by Videoreport. The display acts as a backdrop to presenters and is 2.5 x 1.2m in size. Images are output from a Sony video mixer DVS-7000.

St Geoge’s Church in Chichester, UK has installed a Bose sound system designed to provide clear spoken word. AB Audio Visual, a Bose Pro partner, installed the system in less than a week.

Alcons cabinets support revolutionary production

For a recent production of Soldaat van Oranje sound designer, Jeroen ten Brinke has employed nearly 100 Alcons Audio pro-ribbon LR14 array cabinets. The production is housed in a converted aircraft hangar at a former military aerodrome in Valkenburg, near Leiden, the Netherlands.

Dior has chosen an 8x8 panel (8.128m (W) x 6.096m (H)) Pi10i/o-SMD-FA screen for its new store at the No. 1 Peking Road shopping centre in Tsim Sha Tsui in Hong Kong. The screen shows advertisements and fashion collections.
