Ateis in Kings Cross PA/VA project

Kings Cross station in London has employed an Ateis based PA/VA system as part of ongoing development. Integrator Fourway Communications selected equipment from Ateis UK for the PA/VA system that stores up to 80 pre-recorded safety messages.

Edinburgh attraction gets 4D theatre

This year Global Immersion scooped an InAVation Award for its design and integration of a 4D theatre interactive exhibition, Our Dynamic Earth. The resulting installation was instrumental in changing the fortunes of an attraction that was shedding visitors.

Eurovision entry for Coolux

This year’s Eurovision Song Contest held in Dusseldorf, Germany utilised a coolux Widget Designer 3.0 PRO to control three DVI-matrixes, 32x32, 16x16 and 8x8. The Widget Designer was also on call to change over to VPU backup systems in the case of unforeseen circumstances.

The Jeld Wen Field, formally the PGE Park, in Portland has recently been renovated with Lighthouse and integrator TS Sports installing a Lighthouse impact 16 LED video screen along with 20mm pitch-side and fascia displays.

AVC brings E-justice to Slovenia

AVC Group, a Slovenian integrator, has deployed a network of Harman BSS Audio Soundweb London devices throughout 352 of Slovenia’s courtrooms. The units are being used for the “Audio Recording in Courts” project, part of the country’s E-justice projects and co-financed by the European Social Fund.

Church overhaul creates cultural centre

Liverpool based AV specialist, Adlib has helped overhaul AV solutions at a restored 18th century Grade II-listed church in Merthyr Tydfil, Wales. The building has been converted into Soar, a multicultural arts, community, educational and Welsh language centre.
