Nureva introduces HDL300 audio conferencing system

Nureva will debut its HDL300 audio conferencing system for small to mid-sized rooms at Infocomm 2016.

The integrated wall-mounted microphone and speaker system incorporates Nureva’s audio processor (15,000 MIPS) to simultaneously create and process sound from 8,192 virtual microphones. Each one detects sound from a specific location in the room, and focuses on speakers whilst keeping surrounding ambient sounds ensuring participants have an in-room experience from remote locations.

The HDL300 aims to put a virtual microphone as close to the sound source as possible applying Microphone Mist technology.

The system comprises of 12 omnidirectional microphones and 2 speakers. It is suited to work spaces of up to 6.1 m x 6.1 m (20 ft x 20 ft), and can be installed on any wall by connecting a single Ethernet cable to the breakout box.

Nureva’s HDL300 audio conferencing system will be released late 2016. The company will exhibit at booth N2847 at Infocomm. This year’s event takes place from June 8 to 10, 2016 at the Convention Centre in Las Vegas.
