Next-proaudio extends sub options with ground stack

Next-proaudio has added the LAs418G, a ground stack version of its LAs418 subwoofer that allows the user to array the sub with optional external hardware.

The ground stack version reduces weight by removing the possibility to array it.  It houses two long excursion and 18-in drivers.

It is capable of sub performance down to 24Hz at -10dB. Las418G weighs 87kg and incorporates eight handles, four each side. The enclosure measures 516mm x 920mm x 1030mm (HxDxW), delivering 9,000W output.

The unit is housed within a multi-laminate birch plywood enclosure and finished in textured black semi-matte coating. It can be deployed in standard or cardioid configuration using the parallel wired Neutrik NL4 conector on the front of the subwoofer.

The LAs418G will be available as 2x8ohm or 2x4ohm (designed to be driven by Powersoft X series, X4 or X8).

Next-proaudio has developed and is supplying an updated touring Power rack with Powersoft X Line amplifiers, offering a standard rack for rental and install.
