Ibase Technology launches 4K digital signage player

Ibase Technology unveiled its fanless SI-324-N digital signage player, featuring four 4K HDMI outputs, based on the AMD Ryzen embedded V1605B processor.

The SI-324-N can drive four independent displays running 4K resolution via its Vega GPU architecture in the AMD Ryzen SoC design, allowing for multimedia processing and performance of up to eight compute units.

 The SI-324-N uses the AMD Eyefinity utility, able to configure a 1x2, 2x1, 1x3, 3x1, 1x4, 4x1 or 2x2 for menu-board and video-wall applications.

The system includes a bracket for wall mount installation and a cableless design, with the standard SI-324-N incorporating an NBD324 motherboard, two 4GB of DDR4 2400 memory, 128GB of M.2 storage, two Gigabit Ethernet ports and an 84W power adaptor.

Windows 10 IoT Enterprise and Linux Ubuntu operating systems are also supported.
IBASE Icontrol is also included for power-on/off scheduling, automatic power recovery and low temperature boot protection, as well as hardware extended display identification data (EDID) to prevent display issues caused by cable disconnection, unrecognised displays or power interruption.
