Visionary to show expanded AV-over-IP ecosystem at InfoComm 2026
Visionary will show a range of AV-over-IP technologies at InfoComm 2026, including its 5 Series Wallplates, XB5 USB-C Conferencing Bridge, PackeTV IPTV platform and nexAV We-Cosystem.

The products are designed to support converged AV and IT environments across corporate, education, hospitality, government and enterprise applications, with a focus on deployment simplicity, interoperability and system management.

The XB5 USB-C Conferencing Bridge is designed for conference rooms, classrooms and collaboration spaces, providing bi-directional 4K60 4:4:4 video, audio, wired Ethernet and up to 100W of charging power through a single USB-C connection.

The device integrates with Visionary’s 1GbE AV-over-IP ecosystem and supports UVC and UAC protocols, allowing plug-and-play compatibility with Windows, macOS and ChromeOS devices without software or driver installation.

Visionary will also show its 5 Series Wallplates, including the DuetE5-WP-C, DuetE5-WP-C-BT and DuetD-5-WP. The wallplates extend AV-over-IP and USB-over-IP functionality into in-wall installations while maintaining interoperability across the 5 Series platform.

The DuetE5-WP-C combines USB-C and HDMI inputs for AV-over-IP encoding, while the DuetE5-WP-C-BT adds Bluetooth audio connectivity. The DuetD-5-WP decoder provides HDMI output and USB-C connectivity for USB-over-IP applications involving cameras, touch panels and peripheral devices.

Scott Freshman, chief operating officer at Visionary, said: “From USB-C connectivity and IPTV distribution to DSP, control and workflow orchestration, we're focused on delivering practical solutions that simplify deployment and management for integrators and end users.”

PackeTV, Visionary’s on-premise IPTV and digital signage platform, enables organisations to distribute live television, video-on-demand content, custom channels and digital signage across IP networks from a central management interface. It supports multicast and unicast streaming and can be deployed on dedicated hardware appliances or in customer-managed virtual machine environments.

Visionary will also highlight nexAV, its software platform for AV-over-IP routing and switching, audio DSP processing, control, device discovery, workflow orchestration and user interface development.

Built around Visionary’s Flex Architecture DSP framework and integrated Audio Engine, nexAV supports Dante and AES67 audio workflows and is designed to scale from individual meeting rooms to enterprise-wide deployments.

The nexAV We-Cosystem incorporates Node-RED, the open-source flow-based development platform, enabling integration between AV systems, building technologies, cloud services and enterprise applications.

Visionary will exhibit on booth C7915 at InfoComm 2026, taking place from June 17 to 19 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
