Zoom Video Communications has partnered HP in a deal that will see the companies develop three HP conference room systems preconfigured with Zoom Rooms software.

HP Elite Slice G2 with Zoom Rooms is a pre-configured, turnkey all-in-one device for small rooms and huddle spaces. It offers Zoom Rooms functionality with integrated 12.3-in diagonal anti-glare CoRC (Centre of Room Controller) that manages conference calls, 90dBa audio for high-fidelity sound, and secure port cover to prevent damage by users. It is planned for launch in the third quarter of 2019.

The HP Elite Slice G2 Audio Ready with Zoom Rooms device also features pre-configured Zoom Rooms software and can be deployed in environments with existing AV infrastructure or applications where connection to third-party audio and video peripherals is necessary. It is designed for medium to large-sized rooms and is planned for launch in July 2019. Audio hardware is sold separately.

HP Collaboration PC with Zoom Rooms is a PC with pre-configured Zoom Rooms software that pairs with third-party AV peripherals and controls, so enterprises can customise and ensure compatibility with three-screen displays, ceiling microphones and video cameras. It can be deployed as a single-purpose appliance that is optimised for Zoom Rooms. It is planned for launch July 2019 and is suitable for use in boardrooms, classrooms, and training centres.
