TD Synnex Maverick has announced a new pan-European partnership with Ribbon Communications, a provider of real-time communications and cloud networking technologies.
The agreement builds on a long-standing relationship in North America, extending the collaboration into EMEA to address the growing global demand from partners in the region.
The partnership expands TD Synnex Maverick’s capabilities within the growing UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service) and CCaaS (Contact Centre as a Service) market, enabling partners to deliver secure, scalable, and cloud-ready communications to customers across Europe. The agreement also builds on the strong relationships both organisations enjoy with Amazon Web Services (AWS), creating opportunities to align partner ecosystems and support cloud-driven innovation across the region.
Through the agreement, TD Synnex Maverick will offer Ribbon’s portfolio of Session Border Controllers (SBCs), Microsoft Teams Direct Routing systems, SIP communications technologies, and cloud voice infrastructure, designed to support enterprise communications transformation and hybrid working environments. These technologies also enable key collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Microsoft Azure, helping enterprises modernise their communications across a range of environments.
