‘Visibility and efficiency across the entire workflow’, Jetbuilt adds 84 enhancements
Jetbuilt has released Launch List #2, adding 84 enhancements across its AV project sales and management platform.

The update follows the company’s original Launch List rollout and is based on feedback from users managing sales, quoting, purchasing, installation, service, stock and reporting workflows. Jetbuilt said feedback was gathered through support interactions and conversations at events including InfoComm, ISE and its Global User Summit.

Rather than adding standalone tools, the release focuses on strengthening the platform across the full project lifecycle, from lead tracking and quoting through procurement, installation and long-term service management.

Key updates include expanded reporting filters, enhanced time log reporting and project-level work-in-progress visibility, giving users more detailed insight into active projects and historical performance.

Project and purchasing improvements include expanded tax rate configuration, margin and markup controls, factor management at room and change order level, additional purchase orders for partially fulfilled items and greater flexibility when generating bills of materials.

Installation and service workflows have also been updated. Users can now create install tasks at bundle level and within the mobile app, track time across any project stage and use enhanced calendar tools for scheduling. Service updates include reporting on frequently serviced items, automated service case creation through external scripts and improved visibility into service activity across projects and assets.

Stock management enhancements add reporting on received and pending items, increased quantity limits, improved item detail visibility, support for adding non-project purchase orders into stock and stock data export for external analysis.

Jetbuilt has also added up to eight custom fields across multiple areas of the platform, alongside project activity logs, user onboarding visibility and expanded filtering across project and funnel views.

Paul Dexter, CEO and founder of Jetbuilt, said: “The updates are focused on improving the systems our customers rely on every day, with an emphasis on visibility and efficiency across the entire workflow.”

The enhancements are being rolled out incrementally, with development progress tracked publicly so users can monitor implementation status.
