MSE Audio highlighted SoundTube’s Dante Soundbar, Dante-capable pendant loudspeakers and an array of SoundTube’s Dante products at the show.
Dante Soundbar
The Dante-enabled, two-way Soundbar was highlighted at the show, incorporating a built-in amplifier and DSP, with the soundbar measuring 1.5-in thick where the bar meets the TV.
A right to left speaker is included, with four three-in ‘ultra-long throw’ polypropylene woofers with NBR surrounds, as well as four bass radiators and two 0.75-in synthetic soft dome tweeters.
Dante-capable pendants
The STNet pendant loudspeakers use BroadBeam Ring dispersion technology for messaging and music over a wide area, such as off-axis, from the speakers.
IPD-HUB 2 DSP amplifier
The IPD-HUB 2 DSP amplifier features local and Dante inputs, with multiple HUB 2 amplifiers able to be linked together to distribute audio over large spaces and can also be set up to operate in up to eight zones.
Dante-capable range
SoundTube’s Dante capable range was also highlighted, using STNET control centre software. The range of Dante products is interoperable with a selection of other products and can be used with SoundTube’s ST-Net Switch II for up to 40 watts PoE to each speaker or with standard PoE or PoE+ switches.
Aside from the Dante products on offer, MSE’s EN 54 part 24-rated loudspeaker system was also shown, complying with EU standards for fire detection and alarm systems alongside focal point domes for sound triggering applications, Solid Drive’s sound transducers for foreground, background and sound masking applications, as well as landscape skeaers, Cherry Bomb and Rockustics rock speakers.
