Kiss the Frog introduces Experios to personalise the visitor attraction experience
Experiential company Kiss The Frog has launched Experios, a personalisation system that transforms museums and attractions into intelligent, responsive environments, without the need for apps, Wi-Fi or phones.

Experios provides real-time personalisation so interactive exhibits automatically adapt to each guest's language, age, and accessibility needs via RFID, with no input required from the visitor.

A single digital process links every interaction, connecting the before, during, and after of a visit into one unified visitor profile.

Experios also provides actionable insights so visitor engagement and dwell times become measurable, giving operators the data they need to keep improving.

There are four stages in how Experios works;
Identify; Visitors use a "personal key" (RFID, QR code, barcode, or biometrics) to log in. This creates a profile containing their preferences, such as language or accessibility requirements.
Interact: As visitors move through the venue, Experios let’s them ‘check in’ them at digital touchpoints, serving curated content or gamified elements specific to them.
Remember: Experios let users save visitor scores, photos and creations, allowing guests to relive their experience through digital souvenirs.
Integrate: The system connects with ticketing, CRM, and access control platforms to create a unified data ecosystem, while tracking the visitor's progress to tell a cohesive story.
