Datapath has introduced its VisionSC-A2 capture card, designed to extend the Aligo AVoIP system by capturing Aligo streams from an Aetria network directly into a workstation or videowall controller.
The VisionSC-A2 provides two 10G channels on each card, with each channel boasting capture capabilities at a single 4K or up to four HD streams, offering capture of two 4K streams, a single 4K, and up to four HD streams, or up to eight separate HD streams.
4K streams are captured at 60 frames per second, with 10-bit colour transfer, and HDCP compliance.
The VisionSC-A2 can be used in Datapath videowall controllers in the same way as other Datapath capture cards. Multiple cards can also be installed into a single system for scalable capture of Aligo streams for display anywhere on the videowall. The VisionSC-A2 can be used in the VSN V3, VSN400N, or VSNMini 300 (pictured) when configured for use as a video wall controller.
Aetria Workstation
Aetria Workstation, Datapath’s integrated wall manager, allows operators to control any connected videowall directly from the Aetria Workstation interface, opening above any open sources on an operator’s desktop to allow interaction with the videowall, such as opening and positioning a single source or opening a new layout with multiple sources across the whole wall.
Aetria Command Centre now offers a central dashboard for administrators to view the status and health of the Aetria Network Manager, or both Aetria Network Managers when configured as a redundant pair.
Aetria users can also pan and zoom sources displayed on a videowall in Aetria Command Centre. By right clicking on the source in Aetria Command Centre, the source opens in a new interface where it can be moved and scaled as a user requires, with changes reflected live on the videowall.
