Ctouch launches two models of latest Riva touchscreen for education

Ctouch has released the successor to its Riva display for education which offers a smooth and accurate writing experience, built-in 4 array mics and supports up to 40 touch points.

The Ctouch Riva 2 is available in two models: R2 and D2. The writing experience of the displays is supported by zero air gap combined with TrueBeam Touch+ technology. They offer a rich sound and the ability to run all different brands of teaching software. A 4 array microphone and WiFi 6 are built in to the units. Up to 40 touch points are supported. A default eco mode saves energy and the displays offer actively supported Android OS.

Included with every purchased model is a full license to EShare that allows students to wirelessly share their device with their OS-of-choice (Windows, Android, Apple) to the touchscreen.

The Ctouch Riva R2 [pictured left] and Ctouch Riva D2 [pictured above] can be enrolled in the Ctouch Heartbeat as-a-service programme. Ctouch Heartbeat includes a lifetime of security and functionality updates and access to remote management tools and training. Touchscreens in the programme will be repurposed at the end of their lifetime. Ctouch Riva R2 and D2 purchases include one year Heartbeat Safe for free.

Riva R2 offers an Android 12 operating system, 80W JBL speakers, Triple S glass, smart on/off and optional modules for additional security. It will be available in 55-, 65-, 75- and 86-in models in the first half of 2023.

The Riva D2 has an Android 11 operating system, up to 50W speakers, anti-glare glass and a front USB-C port with charging functionality. It will be available in 65-, 75- and 86-in models in the first half of 2023.
