Crest Audio will demonstrate the Versarray Mk III and Versarray Pro compact line array systems in audio demo room W224A at InfoComm 2019 in Orlando, USA.
Versarray Mk III, first shown at NAMM in January, comprises the Versarray 112 Mk III passive ribbon tweeter line array element featuring a 12-in Black Widow Neo series woofer combined with a neodymium-based Peavey ribbon tweeter, and its companion subwoofer, the dual 18-in Versarray 218 Mk III. Designed to provide modular coverage of small to medium-sized venues, Versarray Mk III is designed to provide modular coverage of small to medium-sized venues and will be powered by Crest Audio amplifiers.
Versarray Pro, the sister of the MK III, is Dante-enabled and self-powered. Both systems use Peavey’s FlyQWIK fully articulated rigging system.
Peavey will show its marine-grade Elements CS Series. The fully weatherproof IP56-rated loudspeakers are designed to withstand salt water, making them suitable for cruise ships, swimming pools or coastal outdoor applications such as theme parks and resorts, fun fairs and restaurants.
The company will also demonstrate the RBN powered system for club PA and other commercial applications. RBN features Peavey’s ribbon HF driver.
All four systems will be run from Crest’s Tactus modular digital mixing system featuring the Waves eMotion LV1 mixer application for unprecedented control.
Peavey will also demonstrate its MediaMatrix NION DSP core handling all switching and routing, and managing the transitions between input sources (systems and content). It will also handle video switching to align video and graphic content to the system currently being auditioned. Control is via NWare’s Kiosk software running on a Windows PC.
