Christie to showcase LED and projector portfolio at ISE 2020

Christie will showcase its product portfolio at ISE 2020, including an updated MicroTiles LED with 3D capabilities, a line-up of tiled LCD panels, the Crimson 31 laser projector and the Christie Roadie 4K40-RGB and the Christie Mirage SST projector which will see their ISE debut at this year’s show.

Four Christie D20WU-HS series projectors will be displayed on Christie’s stand, implementing a 360-degree 3D projection mapping display with augmented reality content provided by loop light. 

The visuals will be managed by the Christie Spyder X80 processor alongside the Christie Mystique for automated 3D camera-based alignment, Pandoras Box in 64-bit and Terra SDVoE AV over IP systems. 

Crimson laser projectors

Christie will demonstrate its 3DLP Crimson laser projector models at the show, with the WU31 and HD31 models on show, both delivering 31,500 ISO lumens, ‘BoldColor’ technology, TruLife Electronics and built-in warping and blending capabilities. 

Guardian, an optional Mystique feature able to be accessed by using a Crimson 31 projector as a source projector, will be demonstrated, realigning images that may have shifted due to projectors being bumped into or moved.

Mirage SST RGB laser projection system 

 Making its ISE debut, the Mirage SST 4K 35,000 lumen RGB laser projection system will be shown at the show, featuring an omni-directional fibre-coupled projection head. 

Roadie 4K40-RGB pure laser projector 

The Roadie 4K40-RGB pure laser projector will also make its debut at the show, designed for touring applications with handles that double as rigging points.

LCD panels 

The FHD554-XZ-H sub-one mm bezel tiled LCD panel with be shown alongside the UHD654-X-HR 65-in 4K UHD tiled LCD panel.

Racetrack demonstration 

Christie’s DWU1075-GS, Pandoras Box V6.4 (featuring 64-bit software) and Widget Designer will be showcased to display and control a racetrack demonstration with live competitions.

The Christie stand’s visuals are controlled via the Terra and Spyder X80 video processor, featuring optional 120Hz active and passive stereoscopic capabilities, allowing 2D and 3D windows to be viewed simultaneously. 

Christie will also provide the SDVoE Alliance stand with a 2x2 array of 65-in tiled LCD panels used for education sessions, in addition to supplying AV Nation with an Apex Velvet 1.2mm LED in a 5x2 display. 

Tempest, SY Electronics, Screenint and Legrand will also use Christie projection, with the companies’ projection screens displayed at the Christie stand. 
 
ISE 2020 will run from 11-14 February 2020 at the RAI Amsterdam, Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
