Black Box to highlight product portfolio at ISE 2020
Black Box, a new SDVoE Alliance member will demonstrate its portfolio of products at the show, highlighting the iCOMPEL digital signage platform, the MCX multimedia management system, the Radian Flex software-based videowall processing platform and the Emerald unified KVM platform.
The iCOMPEL digital signage platform will be shown, featuring system-on-chip technology which allows users to build signage, stream content from websites and visualise timetables, events and wayfinding or emergency messages.
Users can play, upload and share images as well as presentations, videos and audio media files on HDMI screens, with the platform supporting 4K UHD/HD.
iCOMPEL also allows for remote device management and configuration and provides on-screen diagnostics and error alerts.
MCX multimedia management system
The MCX multimedia distribution and management system uses SDVoE and modern 10 GbE infrastructure to allow AV and data payloads to exist on the same IT networks, with advanced chipset technology, common control APIs and interoperability.
Radian Flex software-based video wall processing platform
Radian Flex is a software-based video wall processing platform, allowing users to add, move, resize and change content on the Radian Flex interface.
Changes are reflected in real time on the intended videowall, distributed visualisation system or alternate display devices, with Radian Flex supporting a scalable number of inputs, screens and endpoints.
Users can daisy-chain monitors to display H.264 and VNC video streams across multiple screens, with integrated SmartFrame technology being included.
The system also supports 4K 60fps video up to more than one billion pixels.
Emerald Unified KVM platform
The Emerald Unified KVM platform, comprised of the Emerald 4K and Emerald SE-transmitter-receiver pairs connect workstations with remote computers and servers over distances of up to 10KM over single-mode fibre, with possibility for extension over IP.
The Emerald Remote app allows for access without the need for additional hardware receivers, with capabilities for extension and switching of video, audio, USB and serial signals across physical and virtual servers.
ISE 2020 will run from 11-14 February 2020 at the RAI Amsterdam, Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
