Aten has launched its CM1284 multi-view KV
The latest addition to Aten’s Multi-View KVM series, the four port USB 4K HDMI Multi-View KVMP Switch, CM1284, features boundless switching, allowing users to switch KVM focus among multiple sources on multiple windows by moving the mouse cursor, as well as video resolutions up to 4K (4096 x 2160 ‘ 30 Hz).
The CM1284 also features Aten’s Video DynaSync technology, automatically detecting horizontal and vertical offset values of each computer’s display settings, synchronising them with the monitor in use.
Multi-view console display modes are featured, including quad view, picture in picture (PIP), picture by picture (PbP) and picture on picture (PoP).
The CM1284 can daisy chain up to three additional units from a single console or cascade up to two levels to control 16 computers/video sources.
The KVMP Switch also includes full bass response, is HDCP 1.4 compliant and features power on detection and auto scan features as well as multilingual keyboard mapping, which supports English, French, Japanese and German keyboards.
