Analog Way has launched its Midra 4K series multi-layer video mixer and presentation switchers, designed for small/medium-sized installations and live environments.
The series is comprised of the QuickVu 4K, QuickMatrix 4K, Pulse 4K and Eikos 4K presentation switchers, with ten inputs, eight 4K60 inputs (four HDMI 2.0, two 12G-SDI and two DisplayPort 1.2) and two 1080P inputs with user-selectable HDMI and SDI connectors.
Two 4K60 outputs are included with mirrored HDMI and SDI connectors, with some models capable of combining these two outputs to create a dual-output edge-blended display or configured as two independent program outputs or one program output and one auxiliary output.
A dedicated multiviewer with resizable widgets is available, capable of monitoring the program and preview screens and all connected sources.
4K60 10-bit 4:4:4 image processing is included with genlock synchronisation, switching, HDR support and HDCP 2.2 compatibility.
Available functionalities include custom output formats, area of interest, Luma and Chroma keying and video effects which are available as standard to de-embed or embed digital audio on all inputs and outputs.
A Dante audio networking support option is also available, with Ethernet control via a standard TCP/IP socket connection available for all products supported by third-party control systems.
The series can also be controlled by the Crestron driver as well as by AW VideoCompositor drag and drop Crestron user interface.
