Visionary has appointed Rebecca Hicks as technical support engineer. In this role, Hicks will provide technical expertise to support customers and to meet the growing demand for AVoIP distribution systems.
Hicks brings industry experience to Visionary, having spent seven years at The Farm as an AV systems engineer. During her tenure at The Farm, Hicks helped develop FarmAssist, an end-to-end service offering that covers design, engineering, quoting, procurement, programming, commissioning, training and post-installation support.
In addition to her background in AV system design and programming, she has worked as a freelance live audio engineer and studio recording engineer. Her expertise spans cross-industry DSP programming, logic control programming, acoustic measurements, RF coordination and hardware testing and troubleshooting.
