PSNI Global Alliance appoints Han Dohmen as director of global vendor partnerships
PSNI Global Alliance has announced the appointment of Han Dohmen as director of global vendor partnerships, reinforcing the Alliance’s continued investment in strategic manufacturer partnerships and the long-term growth of its globally recognised Preferred Vendor Partner (PVP) program.

Dohmen brings more than 30 years of international executive leadership experience in business development, sales strategy, channel management, and global partnerships. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions with Biamp, L-Acoustics, and Sennheiser, helping manufacturers expand internationally, strengthen strategic accounts, and develop lasting relationships with systems integrators across Europe and around the world.

Most recently, as head of business development Europe for Biamp, he was responsible for developing global account strategies for leading international integration organisations including PSNI Global Alliance.

As director of vendor programs, Dohmen will lead the continued growth and strategic direction of PSNI’s Preferred Vendor Partner program, working alongside manufacturers and the Alliance’s global community of Certified Solution Providers (CSPs) to deepen collaboration, expand business opportunities, and ensure partners continue to realise measurable value from their participation in the Alliance.

Dohmen said: “Throughout my career, I’ve worked with global integrators and technology manufacturers, but PSNI has always stood apart. As business becomes increasingly global, customers need partners that can deliver consistent experiences across regions. That’s what makes PSNI so compelling. It isn't simply the Alliance's global reach—it’s the combination of scale, professionalism, and collaboration. With more than USD 6 billion in combined global revenue represented across its Certified Solution Providers, PSNI has built the industry’s largest and most capable global integration network.”

“Having previously worked with PSNI as a Preferred Vendor Partner, I experienced firsthand the strength of the relationships the Alliance creates between manufacturers and its global network of CSPs. Those relationships extend far beyond product discussions, connecting vendors with executive leadership, engineering, sales, and marketing teams around the world.”

“I’m incredibly grateful for the trust the entire PSNI team have placed in me. Together with our CSPs and Preferred Vendor Partners, I’m excited to help take the program to its next stage of growth while creating even greater value for all stakeholders inside of the Alliance.”

For PSNI, the appointment represents another important step in strengthening one of the Alliance's defining differentiators—its collaborative ecosystem between Certified Solution Providers and the industry's leading technology manufacturers. The Preferred Vendor Partner program provides vendors with meaningful engagement opportunities while supporting CSPs through education, innovation, strategic alignment, and business development initiatives designed to benefit customers worldwide.

Chris Miller, executive director of PSNI Global Alliance, said: “Han is uniquely qualified for this role because he understands our Alliance from both sides of the partnership. He has spent his career helping manufacturers grow through stronger relationships with systems integrators, and he's experienced firsthand the value our Alliance creates for both vendors and Certified Solution Providers.

“As more organisations look beyond their home markets, our Preferred Vendor Partner program plays an increasingly important role in helping manufacturers and Certified Solution Providers build stronger global relationships, identify new business opportunities, and deliver consistent customer experiences around the world. Han understands that opportunity better than most, and his leadership, global perspective, and collaborative approach make him the ideal person to help shape the next chapter of our vendor partnership strategy.”

PSNI’s PVP program connects best-in-class manufacturers with its global network of Certified Solution Providers—more than 120 elite AV integrators across AV, IT, and UCC sectors. Dohmen will work closely with PSNI leadership, Preferred Vendor Partners, and Certified Solution Providers worldwide to expand strategic initiatives, strengthen partner engagement, and continue advancing the collaborative ecosystem that has become a hallmark of the Alliance.
