The Treehouse London hotel returned after an 18-month lockdown closure with a KV2 audio system to welcome visitors to the updated hotel.
Treehouse London called on integrator Promotiontime NE to design and specify the AV systems across the hotel’s bar and restaurant areas occupying the 15th and 16th floor.
The hotel required a sound system that could provide background music for daytime use and also provide the necessary backbone of a night time sound system when a DJ arrives.

The 15th floor Madera restaurant uses KV2’s active EX series: with three compact EX6s and twelve EX10s, alongside a pair of EX1.5 subwoofers and six ESD 1.10 passive subwoofers powered by two ESP2000 amplifiers.
A second restaurant area is supported by four EX6s, five EX10s, six ESD1.10 subwoofers and an ESP2000 amplifier.
At the Nest, the hotel’s rooftop bar, atmosphere is provided by six EX10s, alongside a pair of EX1.2s and EX1.5 subwoofers to help guest DJs keep energy levels high.
The outdoor terrace is supported by a weatherproofed ESD system, using 14 ESD5 loudspeakers driven by a pair of ESP2000 amplifiers.
EX6 loudspeakers are also used in the reception areas and function rooms found on both floors.
