Sharp Business Systems UK (SBSUK) has acquired IT support service company Complete I.T. in a bid to strengthen its position in the UK IT market.
The acquisition of the 25-year-old IT support and cloud specialist will allow SBSUK to provide a wider range of integrated systems for the workplace.
Complete I.T. employs 170 people in five offices across the South of England in High Wycombe, Swindon, Bristol, London and Peterborough.
The company will continue to operate as an independent business under its own brand name. Colin Blumenthal, managing director, Complete I.T., said: “We are keen to expand what we do as a business and this acquisition deepens our technical resources and expertise, and allows us to further enhance our technology offerings and provides us access to exciting new products and technologies which will now benefit an even wider audience of clients.”
