Pufferfish has created a streamlined business structure designed to simplify how organisations create and deliver their immersive experiences. Ahead of InfoComm 2026 next month, the company is introducing three unified divisions – PufferStudio, PufferEvents and PufferTech - bringing together creative, delivery and technical expertise under one cohesive model.
The move responds to a growing challenge across industries: while demand for immersive experiences continues to rise, delivery remains fragmented, often requiring multiple vendors across content, hardware and integration.
“Too many immersive projects are still unnecessarily complex,” said Stephen Patterson, CEO, Pufferfish. “You have one partner for hardware, another for content, another for installation - and no single point of accountability. We’ve structured Pufferfish to remove that separation entirely, streamlining our divisions to reflect how immersive experiences are actually delivered.”
PufferStudio - transforms complex ideas, data and brand stories into compelling interactive content, designed for non-planar canvases
PufferEvents - delivers turnkey immersive activations, hardware and content for global events, from concept through to on-site deployment and support
PufferTech - engineers spherical displays, LED globes, curved surfaces, architectural forms and non-planar LED installations, built for the most demanding environments
Together, the three divisions provide a fully integrated solution from concept and design through to engineering, installation, warranty, maintenance and support.
“This isn’t a rebrand - it’s how we already work. Bringing PufferStudio, PufferEvents and PufferTech under one umbrella means our clients get one team, one contract and one delivery process from first sketch to ongoing support,” commented Alana McCourt, COO, Pufferfish.
