Cabletime, developer of the MediaStar range of IPTV distribution solutions, has appointed ProdyTel as its distributor for Germany and Austria.
The manufacturer cited ProdyTel’s robust technical support capabilities as a key reason for the move, highlighting services including in-house training, on site demos and tech configuration support.
Peter Butler, sales manager for UK & Northern Europe at CableTime, said: "To ensure successful installations of our MediaStar range we look for distributors who can provide a good level of technical understanding and an established programme of training for integrators and resellers. ProdyTel demonstrated a broad knowledge of our solution and an enthusiasm to distribute MediaStar in the German and Austrian markets."
ProdyTel will also partner with Cabletime at selected exhibitions and events in Northern Europe.
