Powersoft’s Mover haptic technology provided the foundation for a bold reimagining of Bania Music Club, a nightclub at the four-star Hotel Bania Thermal & Ski resort in southern Poland.
Installed beneath the club’s dancefloor by Krakow-based integrator Grupa CLUE, the Mover system turns low-frequency audio into powerful tactile vibrations, allowing guests to physically feel the music as it pulses through the floor and into the body.
The integration of more than 30 Mover transducers at Bania Music Club – part of a wider update of the club’s AVL systems – has created an inclusive, accessible club experience that engages the senses in ways traditional sound systems alone cannot, explains Jaroslaw Repec, Polish sales manager for Bose Professional, whose audio processors, controllers and loudspeakers were also used in the installation.

Repec says: “This floor can help them enjoy the experience, too – even deaf people can benefit, as they can feel the rhythm through the floor. It’s important that nightclubs don’t forget about people with hearing difficulties.”
The Mover transducers focus their energy directly into the dancefloor, while the highly controlled Bose Professional sound system and directional subwoofer configuration keeps bass energy contained within the space, preserving quiet in surrounding areas.
The installation also makes use of Powersoft’s Dante-enabled Quattrocanali 4804 DSP+D amplifiers, which interface with a fully networked AV-over-IP infrastructure, along with a 130-in Samsung LED wall, Crestron automation system, and immersive lighting controlled via DMX.
