New hire at Kudo to focus on client onboarding
Multilingual web conferencing provider Kudo hired Professor Barry Slaughter Olsen as vice president of client success as part of efforts to streamline and manage client onboarding.

The educator, entrepreneur, and language advocate joins the Kudo executive team to focus on ensuring a seamless transition to cloud-based multilingual meetings for the company’s clients. His team will train new partners and enterprise clients, helping them through technology adaptions, best practices with a view to empowering their teams to full autonomy.

Olsen has more than 25 years of experience interpreting, training interpreters and planning events.
