The media player manufacturer will join forces with Admira to target retailers and advertising agencies as well as the transportation and hospitality markets with a joint solution that combines AOpen’s media player and Admira Suite.

ADmira’s Web-enabled Software (ADmira Suite) offers functionality for the creation, publishing, and control of digital signage networks. The collaborative environment enables real-time Web access and supervision for each point on a network. Database and reporting functionality is built in with support for embedded meta tags. The ADmira Suite includes a range of templates: a Flash-based system that enables express messaging through a built-in content management system that includes text and media.

Another template system enables the user to create a "smart template" that can be customised to include RSS feeds, Flash, movies, and custom playlists. Each template is tailored to the specific needs of the end-user.
