The DOOH Business Conference 2010, scheduled to precede ISE, boasts partnerships with Invidis Consulting and OVAB Europe. The Conference, now in its second year, will run February 1 –2, 2010 at the Amsterdam RAI in the Netherlands.
Munich based Invidis Consulting advises manufacturers, signage network operators, advertising agencies and other enterprises on concept, procurement and rollout of digital out-of-home systems and campaigns. The company will develop the conference programme and assist with promoting the event.
OVAB Europe is the European arm of the Out-Of-Home Video Advertising Bureau and is the first independent Europe-wide organisation to represent the interests of audiovisual media providers at POS and POI.
Mike Blackman, managing director of ISE said over half of the exhibitors at ISE 2009 were involved in digital signage. “Our first DOOH Business Conference raised the profile of ISE substantially within the advertising and creative content communities, and we believe our new partnership with Invidis will allow us to build further on this foundation,†he said.
Dirk Huelsermann, chairman of the board of OVAB Europe, added: “ISE’s DOOH Business Conference is already the leading event for our industry in Europe. So, for us, it is the logical next step to support and participate in next year’s Conference, and introduce our Association to all relevant players in the business.â€
Florian Rotberg, senior project manager of Invidis Consulting, attended the DOOH Conference last year and said he was struck by the “high quality of delegates†and the “enormous interest†in both the conference and the ISE exhibition. He promised: “For 2010 we will use our huge experience of the DOOH market to ensure that the programme is more valuable than any other pan-European event.â€
The ISE tradeshow will run from February 2-4, 2010 at the Amsterdam RAI in the Netherlands.
