Uniguest has announced the renaming of three of its technology platforms as part of a strategic move to bring its core portfolio together under the Hub brand.
Effective immediately, Tripleplay is now Hub AV, eStream is now Hub Media, and pCare is now Hub IPS.
The Tripleplay, eStream and pCare brand names will be retired, with the platforms moving forward as Hub AV, Hub Media and Hub IPS respectively.
Together with the existing Hub Digital Engagement Platform, the renamed products create a unified family of Hub platforms spanning Uniguest’s key markets and applications.
The move follows the relaunch of Otrum as Hub at ISE 2025 and represents the next stage in Uniguest’s strategy to create a more cohesive identity across its technology portfolio.
Under the new naming structure:
- Hub AV, formerly Tripleplay, provides IPTV, digital signage and video distribution technology for enterprise, hospitality, sports, corporate and other professional environments.
- Hub Media, formerly eStream, provides media management, enterprise video and content delivery capabilities.
- Hub IPS, formerly pCare, delivers interactive patient experiences for healthcare providers.
- Hub, Uniguest’s Digital Engagement Platform, provides a unified platform for managing and delivering digital experiences across hospitality and other environments.
