Markus Greiter to leave BFE
Markus Greiter, managing director for technology and sales at systems integrator BFE Studio und Medien Systeme, is leaving the company at his own request on April 30, 2024, to pursue new challenges.

Martin Dempf and Sven Hesselbach, who took over BFE in September 2023 through a management buy-out, already lead the company as managing partners. In his many years of activity, most recently as MD for technology and sales, Greiter has played a significant role in the strategic alignment and operational business development of BFE.

Dempf, managing partner of BFE said: "On behalf of the entire BFE, I would like to thank Markus Greiter very much for his many years of special merits. He has significantly shaped and advanced the positioning in the market as well as the further development of our company. We wish him all the very best for his future."

Greiter added: "After 18 years, six of them as managing director, it is time for me to move on to new challenges. I am very grateful to BFE for these exciting and valuable years and would especially like to thank the teams for which I was responsible for the great cooperation."

Greiter joined BFE in 2006 as a planning engineer for broadcast IT systems. In 2011, he took over as head of the broadcast IT department, and three years later he was appointed head of the broadcast system integration division and, at the level of the extended management board, CTO for the entire company, with responsibility for the strategic alignment of the system integration and product areas as well as internal IT. Greiter successfully built up the future-oriented, strategic business field of control centers and control rooms in particular, and played a role in driving forward the transformation process and technology change towards media-over-IP-based system integration projects in the broadcast business field.
