L-Acoustics sound systems bring flexibility to HAIM tour
An L-Acoustics sound system forms the backbone of the show for American pop rock band, HAIM , with a solid PA system for arena and amphitheatre environments.

The full rig for the tour encompasses 32 K2 enclosures, with 16 flown per side. 12 Kara are used on each side as outfills, with an additional eight Kara units lining the stage lip as front-fills.

Four ARCS II boxes are available to use as utility fills when needed, with 16 KS28 subwoofers deployed to reinforce the K2 with additional low-end extension.

36 LA12X amplified controllers power the system, running on an AVB network through a pair of L-Acoustics P1 AVB processors.

Scott Jarecki, PA technician, HAIM, commented: “What’s great about the K2 is how versatile it is. We’re working in a wide range of venues, and the system can scale very nicely for any of them.”
