Keenfinity, the home to brands such as Bosch, Electro-Voice, Dynacord, RTS and Telex, has introduced a new organisational structure, which includes the appointment of Hubertus Muehlhaeuser as chairman.
Keenfinity operates as independent company within the portfolio of European investment firm Triton, following its spin-off from the Bosch Group earlier this year.
Supporting CEO Peter Loeffler, Muehlhaeuser brings more than 30 years experience in senior positions at multiple public and private companies, including roles as CEO of CNH Industrial and Welbilt.
As of January 1, 2026, the Keenfinity Group will operate as a holding consisting of four businesses. Alongside the businesses intrusion & access, video and audio, the introduction of electronics manufacturing services as the group’s fourth business marks an expansion of Keenfinity’s offering. Group CEO Peter Loeffler will lead the Keenfinity Group, providing overarching strategic and operational guidance.
Each of the four Businesses will be led by a dedicated CEO:
- Dave Pulling becomes new chairman of the intrusion and access business, which will continue to be led by Gregor Schlechtriem as business CEO. Pulling is a seasoned technology executive, founder and inspirational leader with decades of experience in global security products.
- Sabrina Stainburn joined Keenfinity in September 2025 as the CEO of Video Systems Business and will lead the future development of Bosch-branded, AI-enabled video systems and software solutions, with her customer-centric approach.
- David Hunter joined Keenfinity in July 2025 as CEO of audio business, adding his expertise to the business, which encompasses professional audio, conference, public address, and critical communication solutions of the prestigious brands Bosch, Dynacord, Electro-Voice, RTS and Telex.
