Diversified has appointed Tyler Affolter as chief revenue officer, as the company looks to accelerate growth across media, enterprise AV and digital experience markets.
The move reflects Diversified’s focus on expanding its capabilities in environments where broadcast, collaboration and digital engagement increasingly converge. The company has been positioning itself to support more complex, media-rich deployments that combine AV, content and enterprise systems at scale.
In his new role, Affolter [pictured above] will lead Diversified’s global commercial organisation, overseeing growth across its media, collaboration and digital signage businesses while extending those capabilities into broadcast and experiential AV. He will also work to align go-to-market strategy with the company’s engineering, delivery and services operations.
Paul Lidsky, CEO of Diversified, said: “Clients are looking for partners who can support media, enterprise AV, digital experience and services across environments that are becoming more connected and more critical to business performance. Tyler brings the commercial leadership and large-scale services experience to help us strengthen that model globally.”
Affolter joins Diversified with more than 20 years of experience in enterprise revenue leadership, spanning both project-based and managed services environments. Most recently, he led a global practice at NTT Data, with responsibility across the full product lifecycle from development through to delivery and transformation.
He has also held senior roles at Verizon Business, Lumen Technologies and AT&T, focusing on areas including cloud, infrastructure, networking and managed services.
Affolter said: “The company is built for where broadcast-grade performance and enterprise-scale requirements come together. That creates a real opportunity to combine commercial focus, technical depth and lifecycle support in a way that helps clients move faster and operate with more confidence.”
