VR/AR audio software company Dear Reality has had its majority shareholding acquired by Sennheiser.
Dear Reality will continue to operate as a separate company based in Düsseldorf, Germany, with plans for joint VR/AR workflows by Sennheiser and Dear Reality planned for the future.
Uwe Cremering, AMBEO Immersive Audio for Sennheiser will support the company as a third CEO alongside founders Achiim Fell and Christian Sander.
