Datapath has expanded its offering of demo and training facilities in the UK, opening a full Aetria suite at onemedia’s Bracknell premises in the UK.
Onemedia, a UK AV distributor, opened its ‘onespace’ experience centre which hosts operational offices and will also be home to sales and technical training, product demos and social events, as well as hot desking facilities for partners.
The Aetria area features a full Aetria system, including two Unilumin LED walls (1.2mm all-in-one and a 0.9mm 3840x1080) running from a VSN V3-11-slot videowall controller. The area also has an Aetria workstation (VSN300-AWS) which provides KVM control to various sources connected to AligoQTZ100s.
Feeds from the IPTV system can also be displayed on the LED walls as the ActiveSQX2 cards decode RTSP streams.
A VSNMicro 600 is included in onemedia’s Aetria environment, connected to a large LCD display within the onemedia service desk area. This can be used as an operating area which can also form part of a demonstration, with feeds from both VSNs able to be shared between each other using the Vision re-streaming feature.
Control of both areas is provided by Datapath’s Aetria Touch technology, capable of changing layouts, templates and inputs at the touch of a screen.
Adam Marsden, UK and Ireland sales manager, Datapath, commented: “Thank you to the onemedia team for providing a fantastic day at their impressive new premises. It was great to see so many faces and to make valuable new contacts.
“Having our full Aetria system installed at Arlington Square offers us another facility to demonstrate the power of our platform and how it can be scaled for control room and multi-end point video content projects of any size.”
