CTI has appointed Darren Pitt, an industry figure with 30 years experience in the AV and workplace technology sectors, to lead its EMEA sales and accelerate growth.
This move follows news in June that CTI was expanding into the UK and European marketplace through the acquisition of Candeo Vision.
Pitt has 30 years of experience in the AV market, and has held roles at Saville AV and Matrix Display Systems. Pitt was most recently at Diversified, where he was VP of sales and marketing EMEA.
Speaking exclusively to Inavate, Pitt said; “Our culture is something we’re incredibly proud of. It’s built on collaboration, integrity, and a genuine passion for delivering excellence. “The UK market has evolved, but it’s also become a little stagnant,” says Pitt. “There’s space for a company that combines the technical capability and reach of a global integrator with the personal approach and flexibility of a local partner. That’s where CTI comes in.”
CTI’s immediate focus is on engaging with consultants, enterprise clients, and technology partners to establish meaningful relationships across the region. Pitt sees ISE 2026 as a key trigger point , a milestone to build towards over the coming months. “ISE will be an important moment for us, not just to showcase CTI’s global capability, but to bring together clients and partners in a meaningful way,” says Pitt. “Between now and then, our goal is to build momentum through targeted engagement and collaboration.”
