Cycling for heroes comes to a close
As reported in a previous newsletter, ICV Media business development manager and former Coldstream Guard, Patrick Stewart-Blacker has completed the 350 mile (560 km) cycle journey from Portsmouth to Paris, raising over £2,500 for army veterans charity Help for Heroes.

Patrick, along with around 300 other cyclists left Portsmouth for Cherbourg via ferry on May 24th. The route took them along the French coast to a number of memorial sites before heading in land to finish in Paris on the 29th.

Patrick also caught up with a few old comrades, and has already signed up for next year’s event. He said: “It was a life changing trip. I met some inspirational people, and it was nice to meet up with some old friends.”
