BlueJeans Network has appointed Quentin Gallivan as CEO, while the cloud video company’s founder, Krish Ramakrishnan, takes on the role of executive chairman.
Gallivan has experience of acting as CEO for other enterprise and cloud companies and has held leadership roles at cloud security companies Verisign and Postini.
He will head operations at Blue Jeans, leaving Ramakrishnan to focus on new market opportunities in video applications for industries such as healthcare, financial services, and entertainment.
Gallivan said: "Krish and his team have done a phenomenal job in creating this new and exciting space while simultaneously building a company of significant scale with an impressive roster of large global enterprises.
