A prominent government entity in Saudi Arabia has unveiled new boardrooms with a physical roundtable boardroom with the integration of a smart tech digital space, and an executive meeting room.
These spaces have been created to foster collaboration and decision-making by setting a new benchmark that blends innovation with functionality. The initiative aimed to replace legacy analog systems with robust, scalable digital systems, emphasising reliability and ease of use.
AV distributor NMK Electronics provided the equipment, with Smartech AV executing the integration.
The Round Table Board Room was designed to facilitate inclusive and dynamic discussions. Powered by the Televic Multimedia System, the setup introduced several innovations including automated camera tracking to capture every angle with precision, a voting system for streamlined decision-making, double-sided digital nameplates, ensuring effortless delegate identification, and a videowall.
At the heart of the transformation was the Televic Multimedia System, a platform enabling a paperless conference environment. The system was complemented by an immersive videowall, a video conferencing system ensuring communication, and a centralised control and automation solution that tied all components together.
Tailored for high-level discussions, the executive meeting room brought together similar features with adaptations to suit smaller, more focused gatherings. Highlights include interactive multi-touch displays, precision audio management systems, cameras and automation controls, simplifying operations and adjustments.
