The AVnu Alliance has announced that it will host a panel discussion, as well as demonstrating a multi-vendor AVB system at Integrated Systems Europe.
The panel discussion will take place in the ISE Theatre at 16:00 hrs on February 1, and is titled “Theory to Application – AVB in Real-World System Design and Application”.
At the alliance’s ISE pavillion (6.H136), Avid, Harman, Lab X Technologies, Meyer Sound, and XMOS will demonstrate products, which utilise AVB networking technology.
“We are excited about this opportunity to educate market stakeholders on the potential of AVB, as we expand our organization’s influence and prepare the industry for the standards’ widespread adoption,” said Rick Kreifeldt, Chairman and President of AVnu Alliance. “After a strong showing in 2010 in technological progress and new member development, 2011 promises to be an exceptional year and ISE is the perfect venue to showcase Audio Video Bridging technology.”
AVB has also been nominated as one of three finalists for the “Breakthrough Technology of the Year” award at the EMEA InAVation Awards.
