Audiovisual specialist Reflex Limited signed a strategic alliance with an IT specialist in order to reach a wider market as technologies merge.
The UK based audiovisual company turned to Complete I.T. Limited, a Microsoft Gold certified partner and Cisco accredited reseller.
Colin Blumenthal, MD of Complete I.T. said the two companies shared the same values and goals in terms of customer relationships and appropriate solutions.
As Reflex MD Roland Dreesden claimed customers increasingly desired one source for audiovisual and IT solutions, Blumenthal said his company had been searching for an AV partner for “some time“.
In a statement Dreesden said it was not surprising that “the efficient use of AV is becoming increasingly dependent on integration with the customer’s network and systemsâ€.
“The boundaries between the two technologies are becoming very blurred,†he said. “To be able to offer the IT side of the coin requires extensive training and accreditations.â€
Blumenthal said: “There is often an AV element to projects we get involved in, such as technology refreshes and upgrades. Our agreement with Reflex means we can be confident to offer this as part of our portfolio.â€
