A former leadership team for a FTSE company have today launched Aura Futures, bringing collaboration specialists Intevi and workflow and managed print series specialists Karlson together in a managed buy-in deal backed by Baird Capital.
Aura, as a consultancy and technology provider, has an ambitious buy and build programme to build a business worth over £200 million by 2025.
Aura operates across six offices around the world, serving up to 300 clients in more than 60 countries.

Global investment fund, Baird Capital is backing the investment, marking Baird Capital’s latest move in the AV world after the private equity company acquired a majority stake in Hong Kong based integrator, Vega Global Group.
