Christie's London auction house has recently made the transition from analogue to digital with a CobraNet based system sitting on Cat5 infrastructure. Sysco AV, who handled the installation, including integration of presentation and switching systems, tells InAVate what went into the King Street location.
Reputable arts company Christie’s is the world’s largest fine arts auctioneers with offices in 32 countries. Its two most iconic auction houses are in New York and London with the latter located on King Street in the southwest of the city.
A few years ago Surrey, UK based Sysco AV carried out an AV installation and recently was called in again, primarily to add more power and flexibility to the audio distribution system and meet what had become an ever-evolving brief.
