Absen to show trio of new LED products at ISE
Absen will show three new narrow pixel pitch (NPP) product series at next week’s ISE, held at the Amsterdam RAI, February 5 to 8, 2019.
The Aries Series (featuring the 1.5mm pixel pitch AX1.5) and CR Series (with the 0.9mm pixel pitch CR0.9) feature the latest in Integrated Matrix Device (IMD) and Common Cathode (CC) technologies.
Aries Series is Absen’s first NPP range that has been designed to meet the growing demand for sub-2mm fine pitch LED in rental and staging. Supporting HDR10 (high-dynamic-range) standard, the new AX1.5 [pictured left] model allows for a much broader range of colours and has corner edge protection. In addition, the AX1.5 is also suitable for fixed installations due to its 27.5-in cabinet size, achieving a 16:9-aspect-ratio.
The CR0.9 [pictured right] is designed for mission-critical decision-making in secure operations. The product is suited to corporate and control room sectors. It features true pixel-to-pixel HD in 4K and 8K, while achieving high grayscale at low brightness levels via CrystalView technology.
The final product, the Absenicon [pictured left] is an all-in-one display solution specifically developed for meeting rooms, event spaces and lecture theatres. It comes in five different standard sizes ranging from 110-in to 220-in including 4K compatibility.
Absen will also show existing products, including Polaris, a rental series for indoor and outdoor applications, the N-Plus Series which is suited for retail and corporate applications, as well as Cassette for outdoor and transportation advertising.
The company will use AV Stumpfl’s Pixera media servers to manage content on its videowalls and will be collaborating with Green Hippo / Notch on an interactive LED archway. ISE visitors will be able to see Absen products on the Peerless-AV stand as well as within the Amsterdam RAI itself.
