2D barcodes feed digital signage with MultiTaction Codice
MultiTouch has released MultiTaction Codice which allows interactive displays to read personalised 2D barcodes that process information for a bi-directional digital signage experience.
Personalised for each user, Codice is a 2D barcode allowing users of interactive displays to send content directly to their email addresses by presenting their personal marker. Interactive displays read the 2D barcode to present, send and receive information. The transaction is also recorded so the content owner has a real-time view of their clients’ interests.
Codice is based on MultiTouch’s proprietary Enriched Reality technology and can be printed on any object such as mobile phones, tickets, loyalty cards or visitor badges.
