d&b workshops explore workflow methodology

d and b array calc software on a laptop

Audio manufacturer d&b will stage a series of one day workflow introductory courses in Dublin, Belfast and Glasgow, throughout October.

The free d&b software and system fundamentals workshop covers d&b workflow and system basics as well as how to use its software toolkit to plan, optimise and control d&b systems.

Software programs ArrayCalc for simulation, and R1 for remote control, will form the main focus of the workshops that are dedicated to workflow methodology. Beginning with ArrayCalc, the session will go through the steps for simulating line array or point source systems, opening project data in the R1 user interface, and sending all relevant settings to d&b amplifiers.

The courses will be held in Dublin on October 10, Belfast on October 12 and Glasgow on October 25. Participants can register at dbaudio.com
